Java House at Reinsurance Plaza is my go-to branch whenever I’m in Nairobi, and it never disappoints! Each visit is a delightful experience, and I always leave satisfied. One of my favorite dishes is their loaded fries, which are incredibly delicious and packed with flavor. I also love their full breakfast, which includes fluffy pancakes, baked beans, sausages, Java fries, and my choice of house coffee or latte. The combination is perfect, and I can’t resist drizzling honey on the pancakes for that extra sweetness. And I have to mention their burgers—they are absolutely mouthwatering! Each bite is bursting with flavor, making it hard to choose anything else. The customer service here is over the top! The staff is always friendly, polite attentive, and eager to help, ensuring that every visit feels special. It can get crowded. Mostly for business meetings. I did not find it cozy as such. In the evenings when it gets dark, don't be found outside that is the Veranda area. Beware of Mosquitoes as they come out in plenty.

The Salted Caramel shake that I had was good, got in a take away plastic cup as they had run of out of glass mugs so I was told. The grilled pork chops were good too but thought to be a bit pricy.

Oh, the WIFI password provided was not working. The lady who gave me the password was not too bothered in helping out with that. Perhaps, she felt giving out the password was enough. It did not work.

The food was amazing, the location also is good as it is central. The service is very fast and the staff are very friendly. It is very clean and they are adhering to Covid 19 regulations. The place also has ample space with many seating place. The location is easily visible. It has very interesting paintings on the walls. The washroom are very clean and well maintained. The guard is very friendly and willing to assist. There is outdoor seating and indoor seating. It also has running water in the taps when you need to wash hands.
