KenGen RBS Gardens - Furnished & Serviced Apartments — Hotel in Nairobi

As others have said, this is a nice, safe apartment complex which is well serviced and has spacious rooms with pleasant gardens. A bit dated and in need or a refresh, but perfectly serviceable and good facilities in the apartment and grounds. Block A can be noisy due to it's proximity to the pub opposite.

However, I have had major issue getting my deposit back; it is nearly two months since I left and despite assurances, I have not had the 150,000KES returned to me. Checked in early morning(3am) security were very respectful and polite. Didn't have any issue. Apartment was very clean and nice. Amazing apartments in the centre. Very clean and has everything you can find in a modern house. Laundry service is offered every other day at no cost. However they do not take under clothes, small towels and socks so you will either have to hand wash them, or ask if your house keeper can hand wash them for you at a fee.
