Vogue Café — Restaurant in Nairobi

Not even worth a star. Pure harassment. Made our orders and finally half an hour later got it but was the wrong orders. Since the kids were hungry we talked to the staff and decided to take it instead of waiting any longer. The bill came with our original order which was higher than what we got. When we asked for a correction they stated that it was what we ordered. To reinforce this the "cook" (or some guy who was in the kitchen and had been looking through a slot) came out all puffed up and said you order you pay. Made no sense to argue with him. We paid. He was proud he put some rowdy customers in their place and...

Serene environment, quiet and peaceful. Just sit down with your laptop or loved one and watch the hours slide away like magic.

Beautiful service. The waitresses are very friendly and easy to engage with in conversation. Tip them, if possible. They do us a great service.

Afterwards you can walk around the museum and enjoy exotic environments and human history. Very cheap actually, considering other park charges.

Recommend visiting, as a lone adventurer or group...

I came with a few foreign friends for a shoot at the Museum and wanted a coffee, just before I ordered I asked if they had a Loo I could use and the ladies and gent at the counter pointed me outside the cafe... back at the museum yet my foreign friends were easily shown the bathroom within Vogue Cafe not two minutes later. I wasn't worth their loo yet my friends were... How can I stand for such illustration of Neo-Colonialism by my fellow...
