Cavalli @ The Manor — Restaurant in Highridge division

I have been to Cavalli a couple of times, and the waiters I have experienced have been super nice, friendly and kind, but this one particular waiter felt like a thief to me. Whenever I’m there, I always have a good time, but this last time felt like a nightmare.

Initially, everything seemed fine until a waiter forced me to pay for a shot I didn’t order. As a calm and collected lady, I tried to address the issue, but things escalated when two women were brought by that particular waiter threatening to take me to a room to physically assault me until I pay a bill of something I hadn't ordered neither drank. They even demanded my phone in exchange for 400 shillings for a shot I never ordered, which was supposed to cover a beer instead.

The male waiter involved then threatened to slap me multiple times, which was not only unprofessional but outright harassment. When I spoke to the supervisor, it became clear that the male waiter was drunk. Despite this discovery, I was still made to pay for a shot I never ordered, and no refund was issued, even though the shot was left untouched on the table.

To make matters worse, I didn’t even take any spirits that night, just two beers. You see how crazy this is?? The demand for my phone over a false bill felt like theft and harassment, completely ruining what should have been an...

I just experienced my first time at Cavalli and it was amazing. I went on a Saturday night. It was indeed a packed place, but that was expected. We posted up in a little area near the bar. The atmosphere was electric from the time we entered until the time we departed. The music was nice. The service by Cavalli’s staff was OUTSTANDING. Even though the place was packed, the staff were always attentive to us and were available when we needed service. The level of service the staff provided was truly exceptional. The drink prices were economical and did not hurt the pockets like they do back home in the states. Based on my first experience at Cavalli, I will definitely be returning here in the future. I visited cavalli several times. Their ambiance is good and their price is pocket friendly. Especially I like the vibe on Friday and Saturday. But their service is very poor! No one is not checking on customers. Even on weekdays, when they're not busy, the service is worse. You can sit for hour without getting service. Very poor management. For example you'll find the waiter/waitress or the supervisor or the shisha guy talking with someone for more than 10, 15 minutes while you're looking for a service at the same time.
