31 03 22 their goat fry is the best! Tumbukiza & boiled meat no! Their plates are the worst

They might want to invest in decor & food. They only had boiro (seems their clients like soup) & since i wasn't familiar with it, drank on an empty stomach. They should have fry, chicken, liver, mutura etc. Iike a good meat joint & cocktails. The place has no personality.

Their fries are 😋 & mukimo okay. Apparently they can fry the boiled meat or u have kuku fry instead. That might be less disappointing than boiled. I was getting this option after already eating quite a bit.

They need comfy seats. Theirs are stiff so u won't stay long esp outside

Their prices are not cheap. A kilo of meat WITHOUT accompaniments is 900/-. The accompaniments ain't cheap either.

They also lack cocktails. Maybe they should look into making mocktails during this time of covid restrictions.

The waiters seem to be reading from different scripts-last time i was told no sodas i have to buy juice 1l delmonte 500/- today told i can.

One gets surprised finding this club, come bar and restaurant at Ngara. Located along Ngara road, Hacienda is a big modern restaurant, that has the ability to offer many conferences and meetings at a go. With its numerous and big screens it is a favorite for game nights as one can watch different matches at a go without inconveniencing the next person. Has good food. The kitchen dept is quite good and they offer good meals. The drinks, food ambience makes it ideal place for meetings, dates going out. The prices are very pocket friendly. The only down side is that it may take you a while to get served. Not that the customer service and waiters are busy. Has a very nice ambience so you feel settled in once you get there. The place is not so busy during the weekdays and day time so I would recommend Hacienda. Friday nights and Saturday nights the place becomes busy but you will always find a place to sit and get served. Not a squeezed...

This is a sports bar in the middle of Ngara area. Ngara is a chaotic Shopping Centre and getting there when the market is at its peak is a hustle. The vendors spread out their goods on each side of the road so be careful as you drive towards it. Secondly... The place is very very popular on Wednesday evening and through the weekend. Parking is a challenge so I advice you take a taxi to save yourself the hustle. The roads around it are also a small maze for first timers. Thirdly... The music selections is amazing!!!! Good food. Good service but they only lose a star because of the lighting that makes an otherwise nice place look dingy.
