I appreciate the option to cook my own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or ordering from the on-site restaurant or use Uber Eats/Glovo for a variety of delicious options. Its prime location makes exploring the surrounding area easy, with key attractions, shopping, and dining just a stone's throw away. Public transport is readily accessible, which is a bonus. The attentive and friendly staff always go the extra mile to ensure my stay was pleasant, and their hospitality truly enhances the overall experience. I stayed here with my family last month in a 2-bdr apartment for 4 nights (Thu-Sun) on the 13th floor. The apt itself was immaculate with very high quality furnishings, beddings, etc. I have family in Nairobi, so the apt was mainly for a good night's sleep in a clean and comfortable environment.

The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because of the LOUD noise and music at night from the roof top bar which went on on all nights we were there (yes, Thu night as well!!!) - to past 3am! This is really unacceptable for residents who are paying premium prices to stay at the Residency. Not having a good and rested night's sleep really defeats the purpose of staying here. The management should really look into rectifying this, and make sure the comfort of the residents is top priority. Else, people will start looking...

This place far exceeded our expectations. The apartments are very spacious . There is very good attention to detail in terms of appliances, washrooms, bedding and general equipment. There is a luxurious feel with balcony, large sofas and rugs.|The complex itself includes a food mall with a variety of outlets (the Indian restaurant is fantastic) and large supermarket.|Swimming pool area is good and the large gym is the best I have ever encountered - with loads of different equipment in a very spacious area.|Staff are excellent - friendly, helpful and clearly very well trained. Fredrick at reception arranged a trip to the National safari park (a great experience ) for us with no hassle at all . ||I would not hesitate to stay here again...
