Worst hotel in East and Central Africa. Poor customer service. TV doesn't work and you are told to deal with it. Dirty, full of cockroaches and insects I guess no fumigation has ever been done. No replenishing of tissues. Management doesn't care whether a guest complains to them money is the key thing. Bedsheets are brown in colour a clear sign of poor hygiene standards. Staff work in fear of being deducted money if they do a new room change. Some training needs to be done to management and the hotel owners on importance of customer care and good customer retention tactics.
