The church looks interesting, and is a great place to photograph, but... The stray dogs, beware of the stray dogs! Two of the dogs were running at us, my friend started running away, but I stood firm, shielded my legs with my backpack, and loudly shouted at them. One of the dogs ran away, but the other... BIT INTO MY BACKPACK. If I wasn't holding it, it would have definitely bitten either me or my friend. It's a pity, I really wanted to see this place closer. A friendly local told me that it's well known that the strays there are dangerous.

A Serbian Orthodox Church that was left unfinished due to the Kosovo War. It's located just beside the National Library, but the area around it is not maintained and filled with weeds. Nevertheless the church looks impressive when viewed from afar, and the unfinished look it has adds a special feel to it. Other reviews commented there were aggressive stray dogs around the area but I didn't encounter any while I was around. Maybe I'm lucky, but would advise others who are planning to visit to be cautious.

This place changed my life forever. I wish I had never visited this city. Just now, I am brave enough to write this review, I didn't even want to look at the pictures of this place. A vicious pack of stray dogs attacked me, around 12 ~ 15. Nobody wanted to help. I never felt so hopeless in my life. My wounds were really serious and deep, close to an artery. It took me about 6 months to recover, attend A LOT of different hospitals and waste money till the point I couldn't pay rent anymore. The horrible scars and the trauma will be...
