Buguhotel — Hotel in Bishkek City

Checked into Bugu Hotel around 6am, there was a mixup from the tour company who was supposed to include the previous night stay to accommodate an early morning check-in. The woman checking me in was upset at being woken up so early in the morning and proceeded to give me attitude when I tried to explain my early morning check in should have been included with the prepaid tour- even showed her the tour company's Itinerary. She didn’t care and went on to tell me I had to pay $5USD per hour to have a room until 1pm at which time I would need to change to another shared room. Then she said to give her $40 for 7 hours which only comes to $35. She went on to explain to me that other hotels around the world also charge for early check-in (you’d think I know after having travelled to 50 countries). I wasn’t disputing that, just trying to explain that it was included in my itinerary. I asked her to call the local tour guide for me, she refused. Tired enough 50hrs of travelling I didn’t need the argument and paid up. She was incredibly rude and sarcastic. GOOD THINGS: they speak english, it's silent because you don't hear a thing from the outside, good location, for the local cleaning standards it's quite clean, they have nice sweets at the entrance and it's very good looking place.||||BAD THINGS: it's super noisy because you hear everything from the inside, it's a small hotel and people do not respect other's resting time. Not even the lady at the reception during night, she was moving all the cleaning stuff at 2am for a long time, I had to get up and go see what was going on, when she saw me she laughed and said "sorry" but did not stop making noise. This was unacceptable for me, she knew we were checking out really early in the morning. Had a great stay here. The hotel was located on the ground floor of a building. Took a taxi from the airport and checked in early. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, and there is this one guy who speaks perfect english. Bed was comfy, great amenities. Room feels modern and new, very happy with the room condition, no complains. Breakfast is very limited, not a lot of options, maybe its typical local breakfast style. Nothing really heavy, and it is the same day by day during my stay. But i appreciate the breakfast anyway.
