Плюсы: Очень удобное месторасположение. Прямо в центре, рядом все достопримечательности, кафе, базар. очень тихо и спокойно. Соседей будто нет, во дворе тишина. очень хорошая планировка и ремонт. Комнаты большие и просторные, все как-будто новое. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания прекрасный вид с балкона на парк очень отзывчивый и чёткий хозяин. Без лишних разговоров, все по делу, четко и ясно. Очень понравилось, что после check-out хозяин попросил дать предложения по улучшению сервиса (хотя все и так идеально).

Sehr schönes Apartment und sehr nette Inhaberin. An wirklich jedem Gegenstand (z.B Fernseher, Dusche) gab es einen QR Code der einen zu einem Video gebracht hat welches diesen Gegenstand erklärte. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Statue mit Pferd bei der Universität. Diese ist in Google Maps als Sehenswürdigkeit eingezeichnet. Aber auch Kirchen und gute Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe. Ich gebe aber nur vier Sterne, da man gerne mal hier und dort schwarze Haare gefunden hat. Aber...
