This place is ABSOLUTELY fantastic! From the bungalows to the staff, to the food and the pool, everything was perfect! The garden is neat and lush, arranged in the nicest details. Decorations with hanging charms everywhere makes it colorful and happy. The boss Thy and his staff (Puna, etc) nicely greet their guest every time they come back. The shuttle brings you to and from the post office located 10 min away downtown at the night market, which is very convenient (at certain times, or they can arrange for irregular times for 2$ a trip). Thy can arrange a driver to show you around and help you plan whatever you had in mind (we hired one for one day to go to the Kuang Si waterfalls, Hmong village and water buffalo farm). The breakfast is amazing (you chose among 4 set menus), delivered at the time you choose, right in front of your bungalow. We also had one lunch and one dinner, which were also excellent. The pool is clean and very pleasant. The bungalows are comfortable and nicely decorated. We stayed 4 nights in front of the pool because all bungalows were fully booked and one night by the river. The former was quite noisy because next to a main road and he second was more like the sound of crickets and birds. But both super nice and convenient in heir own ways. This place is AMAZING! It is such a beautiful place, beautiful garden and bungalows, very fresh and super clean pool and pool area. Delicious breakfast (you can choose from four menus) served directly to your private porch at your preferred time. The bungalow was very cozy and super clean, with an amazing view of the Mekong River. They cleaned the room everyday. The service is the best I have ever experienced!! The staff is sooo friendly and kind and super service minded. I can't even describe how good it was. The have free shuttles to the city, free bikes, everything you might need. The offer help with anything without hesitation. They gave us a lot of valuable information of Luang Prabang, what to see and how to get there etc. We also rented a motorbike for two days, felt super safe to do it here since you have to leave your passport, I wasn't worried for a second! The fried rice was really good and the fruit shakes were so fresh and tasty. I was really sad to leave this amazing place. The whole staff, especially Mr T and Kay, have been amazing and really welcoming from the moment we got here. They even gave us a free lunch, fruit shakes and lemonade the day we left! They also gave us a cute bracelet for good luck before we left. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Laos!! I will remember this...

Had an amazing experience, mainly because of Mr Thy, Mrs Kai and the rest of the wonderful stuff who went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. The location is quiet and peaceful besides the river, and the complimentary shuttle service (except for the Alms giving) is great. I had a wonderful room in which I found a small lizard when I checked in. He was more scared than I was.. and what do you expect.. you are in the middle of the nature! They provide excellent service such as helping/booking tours, free airport pick-up and drop-off, laundry service, in-house barbershop and an excellent menu for breakfast till late night meals. The breakfasts are great; 4 options to choose from that will be brought to your bungalow on the time requested. The property itself is very clean and calm, in a lush green garden. The room was spacious, good airconditioning, bathroom was nice and good warm shower. They also provided a scooter rental which I used two days. Very convenient, for 130k Kip per day. After checking-out on the day that I left, I could use a room near the pool to spend some hours until they brought me to the airport. Fantastic! I can highly recommend this...
