Hotel Marino — Hotel in Jūrmala

I got the key from the restaurant nearby the so called “hotel” as i would say more like hostel… a guy showed me my room (Quadruple Room with bath) At first it seemed normal room. After i took out my clothes arranged everything and just started my night routine. Of course i discovered… Very dirty place, linen not changed, linen with hair and eyelashes. And bed cover on the big bed was with chocolate or something… And blanket cover with unwashed coffee stain, i had a blanket that i took with me so i put the blanket over the bed and just slept (i was with no car alone in the late night so of course i have no chance to just leave, as it was -5 degrees. And i live 150 km away. Spider web in the corner… Toilet door’s where broken. It seemed like nobody cares about it At 9 PM no hot water, not even warm. There was a small cupboard door in the wall behind the couch and as i sit down the wind blow on my feet…. It was a 30 EUR per night. It was not a hostel as i know. Than: I just politely send a message to the number who was on booking.com. And i said this place is not for me, can i cancel the booking and pay for the night i stayed?!! “They said we are sorry that the room is not for you, can we change another room for you?”

But as i see this room… would i like to change it if this is their standards? I am sorry but nobody would even think to stay in a place like that. And of course i was shocked and too frustrated to make a drama i didn’t even wan’t to discuss it… and just paid the commissionthat was €31.50 and i stayed only one night and left! If i was renting for 10 EUR per night if it would be a hostel or something maybe i would not be supposed to have NORMAL room. I was going there for a week but all my planned stay changed. I never had experience this bad and i usually close my eye’s on little things and would never write a bad review but this was...

Not much space a broken toilet seat and a shower that is the same time the sink and the bathtub so not good. The room is small and the owner never even talked to us. The reason I don’t give 1 star is because the Location is good. The Beach is nearby and a shopping streat....

Мне не понравилось все. Номер был размером с кровать, туалет находился за кроватью, и путь в туалет лежал через кровать. Владельцы даже не налили гостям в графин или в бутыль воды. Жлобство высшего уровня.

Очень по-дебильному продуман микроскопический умывальник под большой стеклянной полкой. Невозможно было в нем чистить зубы, приходилось неудобно стоять над душевой кабиной и чистить.

Шторы с длинными зацепками/затяжками, неужели сложно это ножницами убрать?

Заселение было в 15.00, мой выезд в 11.00, так сообщил отель. Ребята, в норм отелях заселение в 14, выезд в 12, зачем воруете мои деньги?

Как койко-место тупо для переночевать, ок, но для меня это было мега-разочарованием, за такие деньги.

В коридоре воняет затхлостью, пришлось ставить в номер личный ароматизатор.
