Spent my birthday weekend at the Amber hotel in Druskininkai. Loved the experience and appreciated every single detail about the hotel starting from interior design and architecture ending with an amazing staff and a wonderful smell all around the hotel. I think it is important to outline how helpful and just simply amazing the staff of the hotel as well as staff at the restaurant was. They were always somewhere near, almost unnoticeable that your stay felt very private and cozy, but if you needed something they were right here to help and ensure that everything’s as perfect as possible. Another important thing to mention is the “Surr” restaurant which was marvellous. EVERYTHING we tried was amazing. Shrimps, tuna tar tar and beef tar tar for starters, beef steak and spring chicken for the main course were perfect regarding not only taste but food presentation also. The reception would be as good as the rest. |Reaching the hotel by phone or email is simply impossible. |I booked an extra wish of balloons as a romantic addition to our trip and it was forgotten. |No compensation was offered, I then suggested myself to exchange this price for free parking, which was agreed.|Of course when receiving the final bill… no deduction. This is really not the quality I expect from a hotel of this class.|Thankfully, the rest was simply amazing. The restaurant stuff was caring and very service oriented, the food is fresh and tasty. |Spa Area is nicely designed with a minimalistic yet very stylish design. Spa is also very clean and has a nice temperature.|Pool area is cozy and warm, clear thumbs up.|Spa staff is highly educated, they know their respective areas of treatments, i was very happy with the received treatments.|Overall a clear recommendation, if they improve the chaos at the reception then it would be one of the best hotels...

The Mana Sleep & Spa is a modern hotel located in the beautiful little city Druskininkai. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is very clean. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room and the spa has many different treatments available. The restaurant serves a great breakfast buffet each morning featuring coffee, tea and juices, pastries, a selection of vegetables and fruit, meats and wonderful breads. There are also hot dishes of eggs, a variety of sausages, pancakes and waffles and a selection of traditional Lithuanian dishes.
