Shasa Shabu Pandan Indah — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

Has been here for many many times for past 2years. Can feel the quality of services and customer experiences had been dropped especially after renovation. After renovation it only make the restaurant look more nicer but there’s nothing improve in food quality. However the price increased a lot, from last time I ate one person below 40myr till now need 50+myr. It’s very pricy. I don’t know why people still commented is reasonable price. May be there are many rich people 😂 since my last visit I can feel the services not as good like last time, but I still decided to give one more chance. However, seriously need to say sorry. Perhaps their customer base start to grow big and they not really care about customer d. What things also say cannot. Example, pay for kid but no pot where previously they did provide. Wanna refill soup with other flavour said cannot? I never asked u to change the whole pot, just the taste of flavoured soup bit weird, wanna mix with less flavoured soup. Soup only wo what wrong wo. Anyhow u also limit time for dining in d. You thought we wanna try different Flavour soup meh, if so we will go for classic hotpot lo. Last time able to provide this service . Now everything cannot cannot... Very disappointed. Feel like will never go back again. Will look for another shabu shop even though...

We went there during their lunch package, adult RM 42++. I was with my sister, and my 2.5yrs old daughter. My daughter were asleep during our whole time there and the waiter asked whether my daughter will eat or not because they have charged her as one children pax. Let me make it clear, take a look at their price list for children: RM 21++ for children 100cm and above.

My daughter only woke up when we were almost finished eating and she only ate one piece of their cake. This doesn’t matter whether she eat or not, and this is not about the money. While we were leaving, i let my daughter down on the floor to measure her height using the meter displayed on their front door, she doesn’t even reach 90cm of height!

So i asked: if her height is not even up to the minimum height for you to charge a pax, then you shouldn’t charge us and void the sales right? The waiter answered: it’s not me who handled and print your receipt during payment, and he said the sales cannot be voided as it has been raised!

Seriously??!! RM 21++ you just keep lah ok? I was a returning customer for quite some times. No more next time after...

(non-halal) A shabu shabu with beef slice thick,lamb,chicken,pork,pork liver. Fried dumplings, nuggets Sushi (fried tofu skin, corn ,crab meat ,tuna mayo,and two more I forget) apple , cherry tomato, peal, cabbage salad(kinda not fresh) 100plus,fanta juices,honey green tea,green tea, peach tea,plain water. Shrimp,shell siham (not fresh), scallop Ice cream got 6 kind ,but I went only have 3 favourite, vanilla with strawberry,two more I don't know. Pudding got two flavor, mango and yam. Yam is the stuff m8 ,just suck it up easier eat than with a plastic spoon. Also with shabu shabu balls,tofu,egg,Mee. Please lah don't just eat Mee there. In my arrogant opinion,Buffet shouldn't eat Mee and fried food,this kind of stuff make you full easily.so you can't enjoy meats. BTW the peach tea many peach syrup. Got two drinks sold out that day I go. Credit card/debit card available payment. Kinda tight for 6seat people thou.4people that one okay ,also got single seat like bar...
