New eatery. Very neat and tidy. Very good service led hands on by the owner. It was crowded when it was newly opened. Then a long line of people queuing. I only patronise today when there is no qué before the lunch crowd. The soup pan mee is ok but does not stand out. We asked for hand tear pan mee but it is more like a knife chopped pan mee. Too much soup water and too much umami. The minched meat is too soft. Hope it is not kept overnight. The curry was like instant noodles curry. It is not creamy and not fragrant, the way I like it. The fried fuchok was nice though. Not hard and not oily. The drink "Taiping kolo" is, coffee mix with milo. Like the northern version of "hor ka sai". If you want to have coffee only, don't go for this. Overall food was so so, but I was impressed by the neatness and fast...

The food taste good.. But need to make an improvement on food hygiene ya...

We had our dinner here and we ordered another set of pan mee to take away. Your staff is coughing and accidentally cough into the pan mee. It is lucky that we saw him while packing... (We paid for this, and we had eventually order another set to make sure the 1st set pan mee is not consume/resell to another customer. We paid for both sets.)

Although he was wearing a mask, but his mask was on the chin and not covered the face and mouth..

Coughing into the food is not a good idea for customer to eat ya.

Take away need to 30min. Asked the staff when the take away food can be ready, she said, kitchen is busy, Im not sure, you have to wait. OMG, NOT SURE means you have to wait another 10/20/30min even 1hour. What a such good answer for customer. Same question I asked 3times. I requested to refund since wait 30min didnt get the food, she only refund the food price without the service charge 10% pay. HELLO? YOU charge 10% of that, don't have to refund the 10%? BTW, At last, food is ready after 30min. The manager is not in a good mood, he didn't come out to settle the problem, just let the staff deal with me. Susah.
