September 26th, 2021 7:00pm above. Every month I come here and I know that you want to save your cost due to pandemic but it doesnt mean you can give your service like u dont like us to come. 1st - your lady staff wearing orange uniform. she saw me at Dine In line but she didnt attend me. 2nd - your guy staff wearing orange uniform. Im ask politely for 6 slice of lemon but he gave 3 and i go infront him while he do cleaning the table for another 3 slice but his eyes like angry and make noise the plate(pam!!) then he didnt go get my lemon and he do another job then i ask another short cute guy wearing blue uniform and thanks to him for help me get my lemon after the orange uniform guy look at me then he go get the lemon but it too late. 3rd - your Chinese lady i assume she is manager. also dont know how to greet customers and no smile. Everytime i came here she always no smile and like we a her enemy but with her staffs she can smile and laughing. Except the Chinese guy tall he is better then the lady. so is this the way your teams service us.? we pay your rental, your service tax, your staffs salary!!!! im very particular on customer service. im consider your teams are busy but that is not my problem that us your operation and management!!we came here is to enjoy the foods not enjoy your f**king bad service. if you in my place and others customers position when you been treat like that, are you happy and enjoy!!??you better train them what and how to serve customers especially the chinese lady. thank you...

Updated : I gave it a third go, and this round they have really made an effort to serve well for me. As usual I ordered a salmon fish head, a friendly waitress told me the fish head today is decently big. True enough, I had a very enjoyable and satisfying meal. You may look at the photos. Thank you for taking the effort

Previously : I'm a regular to this restaurant. And one of my favourite dish is grilled salmon head. I will patronise many different restaurants for this. But, very unhappy with the grilled salmon fish head being served here today. I was literally shocked and disappointed to see how tiny the head was. This happened the previous visit about a month ago but the previous visit I tolerated. I thought there will be a difference. Before I put order I even told a waiter to request bigger salmon head due to the previous disappointment. But... the head came even smaller. What a joke ! See for yourself. I really feel ripped off. I literally just sucking on the bones and nibbling on the little flesh on them. Despite complaining to the waiter, nothing was done to justify it. Spoilt my dinner. Not recommending for the...
