When we reached, the receptionist ask for reservation number and checked in. Room was very small and the a bit smelly. The bed was very hard and the blanket worn out. For the price that we paid, we cant complaint much. The location of this hotel is just at the back of the mall which is very easy for those food lovers to find food nearby. We don't have any bad or great experience because we just stay here for 1 night before we transfer to another 5 stars hotel on the next day due to room availability. Read moreHonestly, i wouldn't even give this hotel 1 star. Don't deserve any stars at all. We reached the hotel at night around 7pm after a long drive. Once we reached there, the receptionist wont let us check-in. We have BOOKED and PAID via online app. But they said they were not agree with the price offered on the app. They said the price on the app was to cheap for them (hello this is beyond costumers' control). But the point was, we have paid via the app and it was not our fault at all. At the end, we had to leave the hotel and drove around the town to look for another hotel which took us hours. They even had the audacity to ask us to cancel our booking on the app and we ended up getting charged. It was not even our fault and yet we faced losses.
