The cover for the shower/toilet is not using a fully frosted door means you can see what people are doing inside of it. There is no lif and when we enter the room we were quite shocked that there was curtains but there were no windows. False hope. The girl in the counter also does not cater to our questions properly. It is encourage to improve you interactions with customers. Also as suggestion to the hotel, please buy the coupon for the parking as the parking needs to be paid. Ease the matters for your travellers/stayers at your hotel. We bought the 10 tickets at the Majlis Perbandaran hut but we only used 1 coupon. When we went to visit other places, they did not used this coupon. We cannot buy only 1 ticket from the MPKK😅. From the moment I arrived at Kingsman Boutique Hotel, I felt truly welcomed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help—whether it was providing local tips or arranging transport, they made everything easy and pleasant.

My room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. I slept so well every night!

I genuinely don’t have any complaints—it was just a really nice, relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. I’ll definitely be back!
