I WAS MOST UNHAPPY WITH THE STANDARD OF SERVICE I RECEIVED IN YOUR HOTEL TODAY.. YOU SUPPOSE TO MENTION EARLY of your "Dont" and "Do" in your place ！aren't the service is key for business??! Must be tell to your guests in advance so that your guest know what they shouldn't do.

disappointed and regret to rent for this unmaintained building and interior for 1500 ringgit per month with this type of service old lady aunty (cleaner) to not use the facilities.
