The sup tulang seems a bit pricey but it is mostly meat, very little bones. The beef balls are very flavorful, the portions are very generous. Normally, I would need to order at least 2 bowls, but after finishing 1 bowl it hit the spot and I walk away totally satisfied without the MSG aftermath. The utensils and tissue paper are conveniently located on each table, so no need to ask or walk to the self-service area. The workers do bring out the chili after you order. If you need more chili sauce it is available upon request. The menu and prices are in English and Chinese which is great for visitors or tourists. There are also pictures to better illustrate the popular menu items which is helpful if you are not too sure what to get. Parking is in the rear of the shop. While dining, there were a variety of customers such as Chinese, Locals such as kadazans, there was no Malaysia due to the fasting period of Ramadan.

My usual order in my past visits has always been beef ball soup with dried noodles. But as I was entering the eatery today, a large banner showcasing a new menu item "Sup Tulang" (oxtail soup) caught my attention. So I decided to be adventurous and ordered the relatively pricey soup (RM 23) with a serving of dried yellow noodles (RM 5) on the side. Sadly, this turned out to be a wrong choice. The broth was extremely salty, even more so than their regular beef soup which I normally have. The amount of meat was rather plentiful considering its price. But less than one third of the meat was actually tulang (oxtail). It was mostly chunks of beef brisket that were way too hard and chewy to bite even for a person with good teeth like me. Definitely not an enjoyable meal.

My husband tried beef noodle soup and it was so tasty. Difderent from I have ordered for myself is a bit dissapointed. I can't finish them as the "bihun" is overflow in that bowl. The soup was so good as it contains a mixture of fishball, fishcake, fresh slice fish as well as veges. Price wise- quite pricey. Ooo ya. Fishcake? The taste is like per normal fishcake you can get from local market. Nothing special about it. But, good to try.

I am appalled by the 5 star ratings given by others here. A place which is supposed to be renowned for beef noddles ran out out beef (seriously?)and only serves beef balls on the day i visited. Just my luck? Nevertheless, I ordered Beef Balls noddles at RM11 which comes with 8 gigantic size beef balls and a generous portion of noodles. However, the generosity does not compensate for its taste. Soup is bland and very heavily laced with salt and MSG. No hint of beef stock at all or sugar cane at all. I dare say it tastes like salt water to me. The beef ball mean while is more flour than beef. I usually will reserve my comments if the place I am reviewing is not up to the mark but this time, I am truly disappointed with the food here hence this scathing remarks....
