One word.. Gross! Ordered 1 deep fried pork trotter served with cabbage/salad. After eating most of the pork and half the salad then something caught my eyes... A live snail yes you read it right.. A snail crawling underneath the salad with it s antenna or tentacles whatever u call it moving steadily. I freaked out man! Imagined we have eaten half of it s slimes on the salad! Yuck! And that means they never washed the leaves before they served it. We argued a bit at the counter even then the lady manning the counter refused to look at me in the eyes... No sorry.hv the guts to charged us full price....finally refund me rm20 for the blunder after much 'chit chat' with the so unfriendly lady at the counter.... Yes the slimes were in our tummies.. Thanks..... I swear we will never return. It makes me wonder what else...

Popular neighborhood restaurant that is famous for their crab dishes at a economical price, it's rare to see a table that did not order any crab or seafood dishes. Go for their salted eggs, chili or baked mud crabs. Lots of choices for seafood dishes and they also serve more exotic dishes like deer, wild boar and ostrich meat. A local favorite is the slow cooked soup in clay urns, steamed with a mix of traditional variations such as winter melon, herbal chicken or watercress, it is pretty vitalizing. A dinner for two with seafood should...

Arrived at 7pm on a Friday with no queue. They have an extensive menu ranging from fish to veggies to meat. Service was very fast. Crowd is mostly locals so you won’t get ripped off.

I recommend the sabah vegetables! It’s a must try if you want to try out local produce. Overall dishes here are not overly salted/sauced which is great for those who are more health conscious.

Plus point is that coconut here is rm5! Only thing is the water isn’t too sweet but maybe that depends on the batch/season.

My bill came to rm91 which...

The food is surprisingly good. No doubt, their crabs is good and no surprise why this restaurant so famous of the crab. The kum heong crab is highly recommended. The lala is surprisingly huge though the portion served could be more. The simple dish of sabah green vege with fried egg is also surprized. Moreover the price is cheap. The cost for the crab is only rm45 per kg. The fish is fresh also but they only offer 2 types, groupa and black prompret only. If they could offer more type of fish, it would be perfect.
