I wonder if the word "Upperstar" is suitable for this Cafe or should it be downgraded as "Understar". With classy environment and the food are great (as always) even with a small portion of Rib Eye cost at RM43.00++ (not worthy), but what I want to highlight is that the PR of some of the Service Crews (exclude the Trainee) are extremely poor. There's no proper greeting (in and out), no smiling face, no explanation about unavailability of food after been ordered and not even informed the Customer about the lateness of food. Either the staffs are lazy due few numbers of Customer Dine-In or bias because of Local Customers, maybe? Anyhow, I truly hope the Upper Management will look into this matter seriously and take action or else the standard of this Cafe will be just one of the "Kedai Mamak" in Damai (even I would compliment the Owner for 'turun padang' to serve us). This is per what I observed and thank you for reading my honest...

Terrible experience! We were wait for almost 15 minutes just for the menu. Female staff who standing nearby us was not busy at all and just only keep standing and sometimes flirting with male staffs that working in bar station. Nobody took menu for us until we asked for it. We actually requested NO breast meat for the Malaysian delight rice and another female staffs who took our order did key in the exact request but when this rice delivered to our table after almost 40 minutes and obviously kitchen staffs did not follow the order chit to serve food! Before our food served, we were waiting for almost half hour only to get our 2 juices ( apple & carrot)! And I saw the staffs in the bar only busy talking and playing instead of making drinks. We also waited for almost 50 minutes for another food order (roasted quarter chic w chips) but it turns out to be fried quarter chic?! We felt time wasting & unworthy service...
