My first impression when I stepped into the restaurant was that it was huge! I think you could easily fit 2000 people at the restaurant. There's an upstairs and downstairs section. We visited for a Sunday brunch (dimsum) so naturally the busiest day of the week for the restaurant. Food was alright (nothing outstanding) but the food presentation was good. Service wise you have to flag down staff as they do not have time to visit each table to check in to see how things are, but that's the nature of dimsum restaurants. I like the menu, with the pictures helps you order food if your not sure what the item of food it is.
Feedback wise we were upstairs and there was a service / food prep table that can get in the way of customers. Witnessed a waitstaff carrying a tray of food accidentally walked into a customer spilling food on him. Best to separate the food preparation area with customers otherwise I have no doubt it will...
Read more2017.12.26 Personally think that it is hitherto the best dim sum restaurant in KK. Superb crowded with people especially during any public holiday where you need to wait for a long queue and also a bit limited area to park the car.
Staff service somehow a bit slow when the restaurant is full and such situation is always understandable from the customer standpoint generally.
On the other side, it is also lucky for those having a membership at restaurant as you will entitle 5% discount of the total bills.
The only drawback of restaurant for me is the need to further improve hygiene of washroom. Only then, this will be a perfect place to enjoy dim sum there.
The variety choices of the mouth watering dim sum itself is the main attraction and success of the restaurant. I will sure recommend people to eat there albeit i rate the review as four stars.
So, for the traveller, just give it a try and you...
Read morea place for remarkably good breakfast or brunch. my favs will be the Siew Mai, Char Siew Pau, and theres more but my priority is to those two😂. they provide clean and fresh atmosphere(aircon) and also tell those people who pushes the dim sum cart(which they come at you as soon as you settle down on your table)what and which dim sum you want by pointing and they will mark it on your paper receipt. my family of 5 often had breakfast here where our price range is around rm90-rm135(depends on how many dim sum you ordered). it wont be crowded(except on early morning on weekends or a random public holidays) but even if it is, the staffs will not be putting-the-stressful-blame-on-you type of thing. overall, i loved it here as not only it has great comfort food but it is great for small gatherings as the food...
