Bayu Emas Apartment — Hotel in George Town

We lived here for a month. Batu Feringgi wasn’t really our taste, so a long time to be there, but we had already rented the apartment. Our host was amazing and really nice. Always helped if anything wrong. Inside the apartment all was good. It was though a little damp. The whole Bayu Emas Apartments gave the impression of not well maintained. The pool area was not clean and the same goes for the outdoor area.

Although the exterior looks like an old apartment, the homestay unit we got was very clean and tidy. We were very satisfied with the homestay unit. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning in every room and living room. 👍👍

There were towels, shower cream, and the shower pressure was strong. 🚿🚿

The only issue was that visitors need to pay RM10 per night for parking. Why doesn't the owner provide parking? This is a residential apartment, not...

This apartment complex is very run down, dirty and poorly maintained which difference from the Agoda photo.

Living hall without air conditioning, floor dirty, those steel item rusted.

The shared areas such as the pool, lifts and paths are filthy, covered with cigarette butts and rubbish.
