Booked this hotel last minute. Went to Agoda and found a family at an affordable price and the pictures looked clean and decent for the price. Regret immediately filled to the top when we checked in. ||We opened the door to our room and realised we booked a room at a haunted house! Broken cupboard, torn curtains, ripped bedsheets, dirty floor and crammed dirty toilet. Not to mention the smell! I think they do not know how to differentiate the difference between air freshener and malodorous cheap perfume. ||We immediately went down wanting a refund for the room and even talked to the manager but because of hotel policy it can't be done. The best they could provide is replace another room. ||Although we have a deep urge to forsake the money and leave for another hotel but we were also tired and don't want to waste anymore time in finding another suitable hotel plus unable to retrieve out refund, we decided to take a look at the other room. ||It was a wee slightly better however the TV was broken and sent for repair but we didn't care. The floor was still dirty and the air still contains the foul perfume smell but at least it wasn't as "haunted" looking as the the first room.||The aircond in our new room wasn't working well as it wasn't cold and halfway through it started to leak and we have to have the staff come and fix it before our sleep. We left as early as we could the next morning...||The only good at this hotel are the the staff as they were friendly and helpful however they need more training in maintaining the hotel.||Conclusion, please stay...
Read moreThis hotel doesn't worth its money. The rooms need refreshment and maintenance. It seems that it was nice a couple of years ago but now it looks really poor.||||ROOMS: the first room we were given had a liking sink and AC didn't work. So we changed it without problems. In the second one shower heater didn't work... The room was in poor condition: frayed walls, dirty sheets, old furniture. The rooms are badly equipped: there were even no hangers for wet clothes, although the hotel is near the seaside.||||WIFI: good free Wifi in every room||||BATHROOM: no shampoos or showergels. Just some liquid soap -the same as for handswashing. No hairdryer. Two towels are given.||||STAFF: quite friendly||||LOCATION: perhaps, the only good thing in this hotel. Situated in quiet street, 5 mins walk to the beach and nightmarket with foodcourts. 3 mins walk to the bus stop. Also there are a lot of cafes around the hotel.||||There is also a lift in the hotel. Which makes it comfortable to go to the upper floors with your heavy bags.||||I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. You can find much better hotels in this area for...
