The ad on booking.com website was really misleading... When I went there, it wasn't a guesthouse, instead a dormitory.. Next, its on the 3rd floor n must walk up at least 6 flight of stairs... The rooms also soo small... Just one queen bed n one banquet table with plastic chair... The aircond was good. Very cold. The towels they gave also not like hotel towels, instead the ones they sell at pasar malam.. Rm10 for 3...the colorful ones... Blanket also hopeless... N the mirror in the room... Its the small round colorful ones we can carry around... Price was rm284 for 3 days.... If it was rm45 per night, okla...
Worst thing was there are 24 rooms that share 2 toilets n 2 bathrooms... Both were clean n well kept.. But imagine if per room 2 people, 24 rooms 50 people sharing 2 toilets... Die la...
The service was surprisingly good. There was an Indian guy there, very polite and helpful, but wat to do, the place sucks.

Comfortable :) Kitchen utility for guest is provided ( fridge, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, hot / cold water ) Clean room clean bathroom, although room is quite small ( really ) but is quite complete . Hairdryer can ask from reception. 10 min walk to Kek lok si ( Asam laksa,char kuey teow, hawthorn drink(山楂) highly recommended ) Have bus stop right in front , 7-11, guardian pharmacy nearby , a lot food store near by , night market at Sunday just right below guesthouse.
Non concrete and very thin wall most of the noise in corridor can be heard. Even your neighbours tv program. And it's at the 3rd floor, no lift provided . Nighttime downstairs have mamak shop, is quite noisy and uncomfortable, most of them are smoking water pipe , and to reach guesthouse entrance you must walk pass all of them.

However it's up on the 4th floor via staircase only so not suitable for old people or people with mobility issues. There's a gym on the 3rd floor. The room partitions are super thin and you can hear conversations from the next room and vice versa. The reception is only manned from 12pm to 10pm. Overall great value...
