Leisure Cove Hotel & Apartments — Hotel in George Town

I had a night stay at this hotel at 10th April 2021. I took the 2 room family house. The house is ok. The air-cond at living room and master bedroom is functioning well. But the air-cond at 2nd room is not functioning. Not cold at all even i select the lowest temperature at 17°C. The photo i taken is during the aircond is off, 5 minutes before i left the house.

Im trying to reach customer service thru hotel's phone several times, but there is no answer. I go down to the service counter at 8PM and the counter already closed. So i didnt had a chance to complaint officially to the management.

2nd washroom in the house had a broken door key. It is not functioning and disturb my family's vacation.

The second day(11 April 2021) i tried to make a complaint on service counter at 10.30AM, and the worker say that i should complaint yesterday. But i told her that yesterday i was busy settling my things at outside and didnt had a chance to make a complaint before 8PM. And she is blaming me. I say that i just want to make a complaint, and she keep blaming me.

Otherwise, i am satisfied with the facilities until the incident i stated above. Im not satisfied with the service and the quality of customers' friendly service.

But for those who want to stay here with family, the pool was great and enjoyable. A few problems i was facing need to be taken seriously by the management of this...

Comfortable stay with good location and nice view. I book apartment with 2 room. There is a king bed, 2x twin bed, 2x sofa and hall.

Parking is a lot actually but sometime limited during weekend and school holiday. Check in is ok but sometime slow and need to wait up to 1 hour.

Room space is very big and comfortable. Its like a home. Really satisfied with this price range. Room cleanliness can be improve. Bed and pillow is very comfortable. Everything work fine during our stay especially aircond in the hall and room, super cool. Wifi speed is very good as there is router in the room, even connect multiple gadget and stream movie also no problem.

View is very nice as i stay in 7th floor facing masjid terapung. You can see the ocean and fisherman boat and hills. Pool is a bit small but ok.

Location is very good. There is a bank in walking distance, stall during breakfast and night, and beach and many more to explore. Overall is satisfied...

The room was spacious clean and all.. but the services is out ! The management is 2/10. When I checked out the hotel. My father left his belonging. It was so special to him. But the hotel didn’t inform me regard the matter. When i called them, they said ‘ oh yess the item is here’ so they are very aware then they said ‘but we cannot post it because our boss not allowed us to do so. If you want your things you have to come and pick up by yourself. I meant im a customer who’s far from penang, if im a local i don't mind to go and pick it up ‘ lack of consideration !

They are aware of my item that i left in the room. But didn’t call me or text me to inform. When i really need their help to post it to me and im gonna pay for all the fee or any charges they shut me down with ‘the boss told us cannot do that, cannot do this’ When i asked to speak with the boss itself, they said the boss is busy, gone for meeting and...
