Medini Service Counter @ RR JBcity — Hotel in Iskandar Puteri

Stayed in apartment 2 rooms at block C with the rate of RM 185 per night ,booked through booking.com

It's very quiet place with almost no traffic Swimming pool , reading room in front of swimming pool which can ask the guard to open the door for you,1 parking slot per apartment at level 4 provided, Netflix yet too slow connection and have keep loading again and again,2 washrooms with water heater,3 air conditioner,lots of toys to distract our kids, cooking utensils available.the owner also provide 2 access cards for us so it's indeed helpful because the elevator n some doors need to use this card

But,it's not walking distance to Legoland unless ure Legolands staffs whom can use the back entrance to enter Legoland..other guests must go through front entrance n if we stay here need to drive there/take grabcar..legoland is next to mall of medini.so nearest option to stay probably affiniti apartment not here,affiniti is really walking distance and don't have to pay for parking ticket... no eateries here in block C ,only one convenience store in block A..again need to drive for restaurant/nearest probably Ramada hotel.when taking access card in the locker ,uve to take by your own at block C ,we've to park at block A first,it's a bit scary to walk through the vacant shops from block a to c along the way especially at night..we've to pay another thing for deposit RM 200 to the owner s personal account so it's a hassle if no active Malaysian phone no to WhatsApp the owner/no ACC..parking is a bit confusing at 1st but should be fine after that

We would highly recommend this unit if you have your own transport n come with young children.. alternatively can find other units of different blocks /find somewhere...

Spacious Apartment but Lacking Cleanliness and Maintenance

I recently stayed at this apartment, and while it has some great features, there were also significant issues that affected my experience.

Pros: • The apartment is very spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. • Parking is abundant, which is a big plus for the area. • The bed was comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. • The price is quite cheap compared to other options in the area.

Cons: • Cleanliness was a major issue—parts of the apartment were dirty and stained. • The dish sponge was unhygienic, and the wiping cloth was very old and stained. • There were lots of insects crawling around the property. They even crawled into my luggages overnight and my babies tin of milk formula. • The bedroom A/C unit had not been cleaned in a very long time, making it unusable. • The sofa was unsafe, with a large hole covered up by a sofa cover. • The lamp over the dining table had years of dust and dirt on it, clearly not cleaned in a long time. • The toilet pan seals were leaking, which was very unhygienic.

Overall, while the apartment has potential due to its space, comfort, and affordability, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made the stay less enjoyable. With proper upkeep, this place could be...

Bad service.

We booked for stay at Medini Signature and initially informed we can get 3 parkings as we have family gathering. Below is the issues we faced and will not book again.

1. Key collection in different Apartment at Meridien Medini which is inconvenient.
2. We only get 2 visitor parking and another car need to park outside guardhouse. Where is the unit owner parking?? Owner rented the parking out?? After park the car outside we need to walk a long way towards the Tower 2 which is farther inside.
3. The house door system is inconvenient. We need to lock the door in few seconds or else the power for the whole house tripped!! If the mechanism is simple then we understand but the door itself have locking problems especially hard to handle for elderly people to lock themselves.
