J.G. Resort — Hotel in Johor

Booked a triple delux bedroom with sea view. Received a spacious triple delux room with sea view. But the view is blocked by adjacent zinc roof top of a long building. To see the full view, one need to stand on a chair. The room is v clean. There is no beach. The "Resort" picture online looks fantastic. But that is actually the cafe owned by the same company. Walking from carpark to reception counter and on to room, the building feels empty and desolate and inside it looked barren and drab. It feels like a low budget no frills hostel. Does not come with meals or complimentary tickets to cafe showcased in online pictures. The reception/check-in/out booth looks like a money changer booth with a separating glass panel. Room furniture are worn out. Veernier strip peeling out in toilet door frame. Shower and toilet are together and the floor gets wet after a shower. To reach this "Resort", one actually pass by a funeral palour. Requested for a room with view but staff informed that triple delux rooms all the same as assigned to me at room 315. It is a quiet and pleasant place with absolutely nothing to do, but one visit is good...

I have booked family room with 2 double bed. At time 3am++ aircond not work. Called the number provided, asked me go reception to find the solution. But reception is nobody. Then called the security guard, came and check. After that gave a triple room with one double bed and one single bed. Feeling unreasonable, we have 4 adults but downgraded our room. Reason is cannot find other room key. The hotel is not secure at all, the staircase can access at any time and nobody to secure at entrance. My booked rooms - Family room, only have one big windows without grill face corridor. I am not dare to open that window, because worry somebody...
