Didn't get to eat their tiramisu the first time - it sold out.
And to be sure it didn't happen again, we WhatsApp-ed them ahead of time to reserve two slices!
At first bite, it was really quite impressive with a suitable amount of strong coffee and a subtle hint of liqueur. But after a few more spoonfuls, it was quickly overtaken by a slightly sour-ish aftertaste.
On the whole, the pleasant fruity acidity was a great accompaniment to the slightly sweet mascapone augmenting its delicate tanginess.
And since we were already there, we thought we'd try their selection of food as well. So I ordered their Smoked Duck Salad and my husband ordered crispy pizza.
The salad was good save for the cereal or granola that was thrown in as a topping.
Was grateful that they offered to serve me another fresh salad, minus the carbs, with salad dressing on the side.
If I hadn't mentioned it before, asking for salad dressing on the side is a great way to ensure you don't take in more sugar than necessary. I usually use the salad dressing as a dip rather than douse my greens with sweet sauce.
The crispy pizza was delish. The 6 super thin and crispy dough slices were topped with generous dollops of cheese. But we had to wait at least 45 minutes or longer for both dishes to be served.
All in all, My Liberica Coffee at Jalan Molek makes a great coffee pit stop if you're heading to Aeon Tebrau City Shopping Centre but if shopping is your plan for the day then better to just stick to having a cuppa!

Ok I will declare upfront I'm bias towards ultra creamy condensed milk style. Does not matter whats healthy or expensive, but if fancy coffee whatever milk cannot give me the smoothess or body and creamyness of an average condensed milk, then it fail to bring up a good brew to the next level, regardless how high the fancy name n fancy price tag. The macha tea, I can taste the distinct real macha flavor( but cannot compete with those from uji), failed in texture because its totally not smooth. Entire cup feels like its is flooding with macha bits. Early Grey cake is ok in flavor, but flavor could be even stronger, and smoother n creamy. Again, I hv a an unfair expectations for cakes. Because its fattening n sweet n not my thing, it has to be ultra good to even try so that I don't get fat for nothing so this one perhaps no next time. But to be really fair the decor, ambience and service is very decent and zen like, a good choice in molek if u are looking for free WiFi and AC and chill whole day with a laptop or friends. Its really enjoyable n relaxing cafe, despite my review...
Read moreCoffee--- I purchased a medium-dark signature blend. The foam exhibited a commendable density, indicative of skillful steaming. However, the serving temperature was moderately hot, which, while pleasant, could be slightly increased. A higher temperature would ideally enhance the interplay of flavors between the espresso and the milk, achieving a more harmonious blend. The latte art, while satisfactory, did not particularly stand out in its execution. I appreciated the pronounced bitter notes of the coffee, a characteristic feature of this particular blend, which catered well to my palate.
Croissant --- I purchased an egg mayonnaise croissant. The croissant itself was notably fresh, characterized by its flaky and buttery layers, and it possessed a pleasantly light interior. The overall taste was delightfully mild. I particularly enjoyed the mayonnaise flavor; it was rich and well-balanced, not overly abundant. The addition of onion as a seasoning provided a delightful and tasteful nuance. Additionally, the presentation of the croissant was commendable, enhancing its...
