Royal Strand Country Garden @ Danga Bay — Hotel in Johor

Nice condominium with spectacular view and great facilities. Minus sides are car parking like maze game and the attitude of resident or homestay people. You can find cigarette butt everywhere at the lift lobby, facilities level and the best thrown from the balcony.

Surrounding area with shops, restaurants, mall and playground like wild west area for singaporean, malaysian who work in singapore and imigrant. Full with rubbish everywhere cigarette butt, beer can and food container even in the lanscape plant. Seems there are no police, MBJB enforcement or managment control this area. Hectic area with Illegal parking at bothside of the road, shop business and restaurants operated...

Already staying there over a year. Nice view and fair security. Other than that a lot issues. Lucky never buy unit here, the rental give enough experience. Super poor build quality, floors not even, plus leaking. Very bad smell near the lift cause rubbish room near the lift each floor. The lift always break down, the access card won’t function. For just vacation still can consider, for rental or buy the property I don’t think it’s worth.

Add on some new stupid rules: Can’t cycling around the area, it’s only for outsiders walking or do business!! Can’t bring kids go to gym, even parents bring kids can’t enter. Visitors have to pay RM20 for car parking if park 1 day to...

Place looks like it hasn't been managed or maintained for decades. Not allowed to enter swimming pool even with SWIMMING SHORTS from decathlon. Was told mine was not in picture they had on the security table of the tight fitting and body hugging types so they can oogle at the ladies swimming or men's balls so it isn't according to thier SOP. Asked for the management to come and talk to rectify but thier 'head of security' said no management. Management closed. Tried calling thier management office but the number was no longer in use as usual. I'm never coming back here again even if you give me a free stay for life. Thanks...
