Today, I went to Marrybrown after work because I was extremely hungry, but I was very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered takeaway, but they mistakenly served my order for dine-in. saya pergi dengan keluarga untuk makan tengah hari. masa tu lebih kurang pukul 2 petang. apabila kami tiba, kakitangan memberitahu kami hanya yang ada ialah ayam, nasi lemak, minuman. ingin memesan hidangan set tetapi kentang goreng juga "tiada lagi". rantaian makanan segera apakah yang tidak mempunyai kentang goreng?? sungguh mengarut. semasa memesan, kakitangan di belakang kaunter menguap? tidak profesional langsung. selepas menerima makanan, semuanya ok tetapi selepas beberapa ketika kami mendengar semua kakitangan mengira wang seolah-olah bersedia untuk pulang. banyak lalat rumah di situ juga. sangat kecewa. tidak akan pernah melawat lagi. sila kerja betul-betul atau letak jawatan. terima kasih. malah abang saya fikir mereka mempunyai pekerjaan yang sangat santai sehingga dia mahu bekerja di sini juga. dia kata terlalu mudah. sila perbaiki.

Worst service ever... When I went to counter to order the staff informed me only take away and only burger left.. so I ordered burger and waited.. end up they gave me the tray and we had the food over there.. however I noticed customer after me ordered fried chicken with chicken porridge and they had it.. I wonder why the staff said so to me and gave the other customers the fried chicken / porridge.. please treat all the customer equally.. We are not getting the food for free.... It was a malay gurl who served...
