This place is really so cool with high winds and inside the home looks so nice (Sempoii Mia) 😜 and I have a wonderful beach view from floor 32 at my home balcony I'm so happy to have a home over here and the condo in full safety and secure ! .. over here all the places around the condo is really so clean and all the place in condo are so silent and beside homes also so quite we can't hear any noise , sounds it's be silent all the place .... if ur house is facehing over beachsite laa (really wil be so quite) ... I didn't know wil be silent like beachsite .. if your house was facehing on highway (Roadside) I think wil be some vehicles noise maybe .. some more in this condo have swimming pool for childrens also , playground , gym , yoga room , tennis courts etc. more ... And have a some special classes to all like yoga and swimming classes etc.. more for all special classes (need to pay by monthly) Got place for do BBQ or party and big hall if want do any birthday or wedding dinner function... Over this condo have 4 type of house "first" you can take house for 2/3 days also (Like Homestay) "Second" house rental (Like One Year Rental Period With Agreement If You Want To Extant Also Can) "Third" Buying a own empty house straight dealing with management of the condo (without any agent fees and never buy under other people like 2/3 party ) "Fourth" Buying own renovation house with fully fenuiture (We just bring clothes only right if we go for vacancy and stay at homestay like that laa the home wil be ! ... wil have full complete things in the home ! ) Full fenuiture home also have 2 types of that "One" buy second home owner just keep the house life guest house or just buy cheap and sell went the price become triple from they buy ! " (All things in the home , colours and designs we can't plan or we choose any things on the home X house owner give you sell with what that only you wil get but with full fenuiture... example home theater system aircond fridge etc more... Some wil be good brand and some wil be second hand that we can't say and they home wil design and colour choice by First owner... once you buy that home then need to change some things which is old ... Need to design again all the things to our favourites and colours ... This so many work and wasteing of money... all ready buy the home experience with full fenuiture and need to change to your design and ur favourite things some more you need to out from ur money some more to redesign to make you love ur favourite home for live forever ! "Second" Buy a full fenuiture home and change the things in home that you never like ... Before you start to live in the home you change the things you haven't like . First you talk to ur first house owner that he want to they things his want . Or any of his friend our relatives that any off the things they want ask them to take if his okayy say him to pay off price of that you buy for replace that things in your own design .. and said I wil buy the house how much you selling the house I won't ask you to give cheap for that house owner take the thing his want . That want we talk beside dnt ever disturb that . Confirm anyone also said they okayy for the deal . If the owner said dnt want anything also dnt worry share the things to ur friends if anyone want the things sell it for good price .. but make sure dnt sell to expansive and lie to them be honest ... If that also dnt works just go to shop what you want buy example Samsung smarttv 42" you have now you want to buy Samsung curved smart hd 75 inch ask them to trand in confirm they wil take want so dnt worry just do like to other things that you think to change .... And if you want design ur hall like high class (Design like we enter to high class KTV Room , Pub or like business man house) that's enough and just make up the room kitchen bathroom and balcony if you have some many renovation balcony then rooms and kitchen do one by one ... Then design ur home with good quality for paint and nice colour ... that colour you choose for paint ur home that one is give...

I will give it a negative star if I can. I went over for handover of my unit on 12 Dec 2017, was shocked by the bad quality of the workmanship and materials used. The so called fire-rated door looks like a recycled inferior trash. It is rusty and certain parts are peeling off, and the painting uneven. The door shook badly when we closed it. The wash basin in the master bedroom not fitted properly, the wardrobe has a strange gap on one side at the bottom, there are many scratches on the flooring in the hall, the bed room floor gave strange sound when stepped on. Horrible workmanship!!! CG has misrepresented to us that they are delivery a 5 star living condition. Sickening PRC liars. They should be banned from selling projects except in their own country if this is what they meant by 5 star. Anyone know what redress we have against such developer? Btw, they cannot even maintain the toilet at the club house, it was dirty and trash not removed. Even their man made beach gave out an odor. They are bringing shame to themselves with such "5 star" standard. I won't be surprise they will have problem selling the balance at CG and that Forest City when people take a look at their workmanship here.

Their so called housekeeping service is another big problem, the housekeeper in charge never take phone call on her mobile or office. I specially installed Wechat hoping to get in touch, but she never respond. What kind of housekeeping service is this?? I resort to sending her email, no reply to date!!

CG is suppose to absorb the Nov 2017 bank loan interest, but according to my bank they did not pay!!

You are being warned, stay away from CG projects if you do not want to die of heart attack. I regretted very much buying a trash like this one from CG, and believing CG is a reputable and established developer bring quality homes to this part of the world. I already prepared to write off part of my investment on 12 Dec 17 when I so called "took over" my unit. Will probably never ever touch any PRC developer project. They are simply a different kind of animal with different moral standard and...

I had a profoundly disappointing experience with this property. Despite the official check-in time being 4 PM, we were texted to collect the keys at 1 PM for an early check-in. However, upon arrival, there were no keys available. We ended up waiting from 1 PM until after 4 PM for the issue to be resolved, during which time we were unable to carry out any of our planned activities.

It was incredibly disheartening to see my family, especially my young children, sitting around with nothing to do but wait. To make matters worse, we were informed that the owner had taken back the unit and we were offered a different homestay that was far from our planned places. The lack of communication and urgency in resolving the situation made it even more frustrating.

Although we eventually received a refund, the damage to our plans and the stress caused was irreparable. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing family getaway was a frustrating and upsetting experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service to prevent other guests from going through such a distressing ordeal. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this...
