Marine Beach Bar — Restaurant in Johor

Worst experience I've ever had. 5 of us went and none of us ate at least half of the food ordered. Horrible! The fried rice and spaghetti served cold and they were unbelievably unappetising. Who would eat that? When we encountered them on this issue in a decent way initially, one of the service crew told us that " maybe our taste buds cannot accept their recipe" like seriously are you kidding? I felt very disrespectful at the point. And her next argument for the cold food is "because it's pre-cooked and serving cold is their actual way of doing it". I mean really? Serving cold food is a tactic to attract customers? How genius someone could be to come up with that idea. At least she could have been sorry. She said only us coming up with this kind of issues, so we had to ask other tables for a clarification yet the same review received. It is inedible🤷. All I ask for is just sorry and effort to improve it. Most unpleasant experience I've ever had. And yaa I've got food poisoning and definitely not your fault it's just the taste buds I know. Food OK service KO. I went here today and saw a waiter with long, dyed-hair who was very rude to the customers. The story is like this. There are three women who wanted to leave from the back. When the servant saw she terus call them rudely and said they connot go out from there. "Tak nampak ada pagar ke (although i didn't see the fence maybe bcs it's opened)" pelanggan yang first tome datang memang akan ingat boleh lalu sana (i saw many other cust also do the same). she also mention about appearence i heard she said it clearly "baju awak sopan tau". WTH???? She just need to tell them they cannot go out from there why mention abt that? Even after the customer left she was still angry and talking. 1st and the last time I will come to this place. Such a nice environment but one of the lady waitress (long hair) is totally unfriendly. 1st I asked if they are able to reduce the spiciness of their chili garlic spaghetti & she just look at me without a word. She then replied it is chili. Ok fine, looks like she can't do anything with this. We then receive our first order (3 items remaining) yet she come with the bill and asked for payment (only accept cash) & did not even show us the bill (just mention the amount). The way she talk like too much confident and forgot one of my dish was not key in. Best part, she smoke during her duty (In front of their counter). Good luck to this restaurant.
