Grand Kapar Hotel (Branch Klang Sentral) — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

Was having one night stay at this hotel.First of my impression , check in still smooth.except for request an extra pillow, it take RM5 for A PILLOW.Oh my goodness...||When go inside the room, we saw the towel was put on the bed with tidy but it look dirty.we doesn't use it because we hv one baby together with us. ||When check out, the front office assistant require to wait for a moment because they need to double check the room. Then straight I got a feedback from runner that one towel from the room was missing! We all get shock y the towel missing. First of all we still worried that maybe we accidentally pack into our bag.then we check all of our bag, nothing found inside our bag except our own things. The front office assistant does not say we take it but it virtually pointed to us already. We request to them that check on our bags. They keep saying:don't know la don't know la.at last we was rushing for time to another place so we just pay for RM20!!!!!i was too angry n I didn't take any receipt too.||To all trip planner who going to this hotel, a gentle remind to you which is stay in the room when the runner wants to check the room before you take back your deposit RM50.still luckily I 'take' for one pillow only which cost RM20, what if a blanket?it cost...

Cheated me of $100 + pubic hair and yellow stains on bedsheet + same for TWO rooms.

I checked in and went to the room, found the bedsheets not even made properly with disgusting yellow stains and pubic hair. Immediately i went to tell the receptionist. She changed my room and went to the 2nd room with me. Same yellow stained bedsheets. Obviously the bedsheets weren't washed after the guest stayed. They didn't bother to make the bed properly. She saw it too. I told her i don't want to stay.

I paid $100 + $50 deposit. She refunded me $50 and said too bad can't give me back the $100. I did NOT stay at all. Only saw the AIDS ridden rooms. I argued with her. She refused. She then called the manager and they both laughed over the phone and refused. I was pissed. I walked straight to behind the counter, opened the cash register and took my $100. I held it right in front of the CCTV as she threatened to call the police. I told her to call the police. I left.

Went to attend my friend's wedding dinner in Klang area so I book this hotel. The location is fine. Just few minutes drive to nearest shopping centre like setia city walk, tesco, giant. The staff there are approachable and nice. There are plenty parking place outside but at your own risk. We need to press the bell everytime for the hotel staff to let us in (don't worry they told us they are there 24 hrs). Somehow it look extra work to do, but it makes us feel safe because of the security. The room is ok except for the toiletries. No proper shampoo or bath gel. All I saw is an opened and used soap (who would dare to use?), and a bottle of shower gel (the bottle height is about 6inch tall, but the amount of the gel is about less than 1inch tall -.-!!!) if you need a hair dryer, you may need to request from the counter and subject to...
