Don't get me wrong, I love BR. But the staff of this particular outlet didn't follow the instructions. I ordered the Jamoca Almond Fudge and Strawberry Cheesecake for half gallon. But when I got home I am very frustrated he only put 1 flavour which is the Jamoca. Gosh, is it so hard for you to read the order sheet? BR is not cheap and I would only purchase it whenever I wanted to indulge and this is not what I wanted. Sigh 💸💸💸

Very unsatisfied and disappointed. Claimed my fav ice cream, Pralines and Cream and asked for more pecan from the Malay girl staff, but in the end got very minimal pecan, almost couldn't taste any, and what's worse is that the Pralines and Cream taste sour and weird. If I'm not wrong, she might have forgotten to clean it after scooping sour taste ice cream and used it to scoop mine. It's the saddest birthday redemption ever.

Claimed my fav ice cream, Pralines and Cream and asked for more pecan from the Malay girl staff, but in the end got very minimal pecan, almost couldn't taste any, and what's worse is that the Pralines and Cream taste sour and weird. The staff is not well equipped with knowledge. I came here for the 31% off, intending to buy half gallon.

I asked if I can pick it up now if I choose self pick up, but time slot in the app is only limited to 9pm but it is only 816pm now.

Instead of educating me how to use QR code to buy instantly, staff told me no choice but the self pick has to wait till 9pm, even though I'm physically in store.

So I ended up didn't buy anything, because I didn't realize there was such a function until I left with friends car to highway.

You lost business when staff isn't well educated with products or apps. Need to...
