Pizza Hut Petronas Setia Alam — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Terrible service. I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 pasta, 2 soup, 2 drinks, and all total with cost about 50 ringgit, which is applicable for extra 1 more soup. Save to say that, they take the money, only to give me pizza & paste and didn't even give us our soup & drinks. Call the restaurant, she was mumbling. Cant even heard what was she saying. What kind of service is this?!

Missing out order is not the first time already. If you don't have item, can give us a call for a heads up. Not even a phone called at all & send us food without...

I had a very bad experience here. It takes 1 hour to receive my pizza. Dude!!! Its only one hawaian chicken dude!!! People that came after me got their pizza first. The staff also not even apologized me or something and not even informed me first why my pizza take tooooooooooooooo long. Im waiting like a fool seeing those after me got their order first. They wait like 15 minutes. Me???? Take a whole day waiting. No more PHD setia alam. Not my preference anymore eventhough it was one of my favourites...

It's funny that the casher asked me "you want Tapao or take away?"..hahaha..anyway, the food I bought cost me Rm35..I feel ok though, not truely expensive, maybe all the food outside increase too fast and too aggressive now a days..(btw, some chicken wings items kind of expensive, even I'm not bought any)

Clean but limited seats place, staff is ok, most of the people just tapao from here, wait more than 30 minutes for my food...

Pizza hut taste like a pizza...
