To be honest, the staff in this restaurants needs to be revamped or send back for basic training. These are the experience we had during our visit:-
a) Entered the shop, was given a seat. Everything is normal up til now. No greetings though, that's okay.
b) There are not many customers during our visit (we are the 2nd customer), so the staffs are quite free. I have no qualms about them being free, but the thing is that they gather around, talked so loud and rowdy it feels like a Pasar Malam. They even take off their shoes to compare their feet sizes. Oh and they greeted the subsequent customers which such loud "Annyeonghaseyo"s that even your Oppa in Seoul can hear it.
c) Some staffs are wearing face masks with the masks underneath their mouth.
d) There is one guy who helped to BBQ our meat though. So that's credit to them. However during the BBQ session a piece of meat fell out from the pot onto the table, the guy just pick it up and threw it back to the pot and continue BBQ-ing it.
e) Side dishes are free flow, it's good if you like huge helpings of their side dishes. However one of their side dish (fruit salad), my wife bit into a piece of uncooked meat. We showed it to the staff, the staff did bring the bowl to the back of the kitchen and came out with a new bowl of fruit salad.
f) The Ramyeon is bad actually. Noodles are too soggy and the soup is bland. You will get better Maggi Curry from your neighborhood mamak. Well they offered to waive off the Ramyeon off the bill as a sign of apology for the uncooked meat in the fruit salad.

1: this is my first experience having Korean bbq, the staff won’t help you to grill the meat. I did asked twice. But they just won’t help.
2: it’s not Children friendly. The staff will throw the food and hot soup onto the table without informing. The staff is not trained and very rude to us.
3: staff doesn’t respond to your request. When we ask for removing some charcoal as the heat is too much. The staff will listen and just walk away. They don’t react and just walk away like nothing happen. I did signal a Chinese lady at the counter. But no respond either. Pretty rude team to be honest. I did showed them the meat that is over cooked. They just assume you’re stupid and don’t know what You’re doing. Even I told them I want to reduce the charcoal for heat.
4: majority of the staff are foreign. They doesn’t know what you’re talking about. They will pretend to listen to you. Then walk away. So for me. The restaurant is just not the right place to have Korean food. Or even any food.

Disgusting… today, I’ve told the staff to change the whole sauce after I saw it as if it’s not changed, the other coming customers will need to “enjoy” the dishes with flies as well. They just changed for me personally and didn’t change the whole thing(which is sharing by all customers) until I asked them for second time..
The spoon in the side dishes was shared by publics/all customers& staffs, so it should’ve placed properly or at least wear the gloves when using it, but the staffs did not use glove,they put the spoon IN the plate and mix around with the food instead 🤦🏻♀️ It’s like we are eating the germs on their hands while we having the food. At the end I gave up all side dishes.. I hope they taking care well for the hygiene in kitchen which it’s can’t seen by the public..
