1. Terrible Service The service at this hotel was terrible. I paid nearly RM500 for three nights and didn’t receive the service I deserved. The room was full of problems, and calling customer service for help was pointless—they just kept passing the problem around without solving anything. 2. No Wi-Fi as Promised There was no Wi-Fi in the room, even though the booking clearly stated it was available. While the Wi-Fi network existed, it had no internet connection. When I reported this, they promised to fix it, but even after I checked out, there was still no resolution. It seems like every guest is given the same excuse to brush off their complaints. 3. Lack of Basic Amenities If no Wi-Fi wasn’t bad enough, the room didn’t even have a basic hairdryer. I had to call customer service to request one, but after waiting nearly an hour, no one brought it to my room. When I asked again, I was told that the staff was eating and I had to wait. No one informed me of this beforehand, and I had to go downstairs to get it myself after waiting patiently for a long time. 4. No Hot Water After finally getting the hairdryer, an even more frustrating issue came up: the water heater in the room didn’t work. By the time I finished dealing with all these problems, it was already close to 9 PM (I checked in at around 7 PM). Exhausted, I had no energy to deal with more issues and decided to endure the night. The next morning, I reported the issue again, but both customer service and the management kept delaying. It took them over 30 minutes to send someone to check, and even after running the water for more than 10 minutes, it was still ice-cold. Perhaps it would take three days of running water before it finally heated up! 5. Housekeeping Issues and Privacy Violation The most unacceptable experience, however, was the behavior of the housekeeping staff. One day, without my permission, the cleaner entered my room to “clean.” Instead of actually cleaning, they carelessly touched and moved all my belongings and even threw one of my socks on the floor, causing me to lose a pair. They changed the arrangement of my items without my consent, which is something basic housekeeping etiquette should avoid. On another day, I returned to my room to find a staff member using a dust-covered cloth to wipe the table. Honestly, it would have been better if they didn’t clean at all. I sincerely advise guests not to leave any valuable items in the room! 6. Unpleasant Odors To make things worse, the entire hotel, including the lobby and the rooms, had a heavy, unpleasant smell—like a mix of mold and cigarette smoke. 7. Final Thoughts Staying at this hotel for three nights was one of the most exhausting experiences of my life. If not for its decent location, I wouldn’t have lasted until the last day. I strongly recommend the hotel improve its basic facilities and train its staff before continuing operations. The MCO is no excuse for such poor service! I will never return, and I urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking. Below are some pieces of evidence for reference. Please reconsider before making your reservation, as I’ve never stayed at such a terrible hotel.

For room actually there is no star at all. My 1st & final experience staying in this terrible hotel. Once I enter the room there is a baby cockroach 🪳 on the bed running around!!!!! That makes me to check under the blanket. Gosh I found hairs everywhere. This hotel is so dirty & worst than a public toilet. Not worth our penny at all. WiFi connections Yes I’m very agreeable with others reviews on wifi connections. It’s such a liar since it’s not connected at all. Why am I in this hotel is because of I have an appointment at the hospital which happened to be just opposite to this horror hotel. My appointment is at 7am and that’s why we decided to stay here rather than we will be facing a bad traffic from KL. To the management hotel or precisely to the Owner please do something with your dirty hotel since all of us is paying to you. It is so embarrassing & very regretful to be here. To all people, please do read all the reviews before you spend your money to this hotel. Not worth at all. Attached the hairs on the bed & unfortunately I was too shocked to see the baby cockroaches until I forgot to take a picture. If there is a babies of course the cockroach parents were here too. So frustrated.

Going there for attend a seminar. The hall is good. The lunch also delicious. But the worst is toilet, look old and got some crack at the sit bowl, some of the door can't lock, not top up the tissue. The parking fee only can waive if u stay their hotel but not for the seminar attender. The breakfast serve at round table, little hard for find where the way to queue. No chair available when having breakfast (for seminar) , all just can stand when having breakfast.

The rooms in the hotel are of the usual standard that I have come to expect while travelling through work, unfortunately that is the only complement (if its really a complement?) I can say about the hotel, the staff here are friendly enough, but obviously not trained to cater for westerners. ||The food served (but is usually buffet) is to cater for Malaysians or Chinese and its very much a case of just pick it and see, the buffet was not marked so you have no idea what you are choosing, I decided to try a little of all of it, and liked nothing but toast! luckily there is a pizza hut down the road, and a few local cafe's around to try out. this is the third time I have stayed here through my work and will be asking the company to change hotels next time as there has been no sign of improvement each stay.||||unless you are on a budget I would avoid this hotel...
