Biz Hotel Klang — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

Give this hotel a 4 stars because of the cleaniness of the hotel.||The location is nearby to klang KTM, not much noises at night(perfect).||There's a cafe just opposite of the hotel in the morning and a lot shop nearby. It's alive at the morning but at night is like a dead town. But overall it's just for resting so it's ok for us.||Checking in was a bit trouble because we booked two room from agoda and already make payment for both. But one of my friend room said to be not yet paid. And when they check, it's booked from booking.com. and we never use booking.com to book a hotel before. Everything was from agoda.||In the end the hotel cannot settle this. We need to pay for it again and expecr us to wait from agoda to refund. If not the hotel will pay us back.||Just...

It’s really nice to stay here, even no lif, for me it’s doesn’t matter, as long the room a clean, can sleep properly. The most thing i like can connect Netflix and the Wi-Fi also so fast. Just need to improve few things like towel add on 1 more. Floor mat so after out from toilet the floor not wet. The other for me is okay, and the price so cheap also. It’s hard to find hotel in cheap price but comfortable and clean. Receptionist also friendly ya, will come here again...
