Klang Histana Hotel — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week due to delays in our schedules. The room was alright for the price: outdated, but clean. The bathroom was likewise. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the place tidy and well stocked with coffee/tea making supplies and bathroom toiletries. She was always polite and friendly.||||The ac was good, but the noise from outside the hotel especially at night, and from the corridors outside the room was terrible. ||||The food served at the bar was quite good. ||||The hotel offers laundry service, but upon asking the reception for express service which had been noted down on the forms found in the room, the male receptionist was not sure of what to do and asked the female who seemed occupied with other things. She answered him, never once looking at us. Her arrogant tone and attitude clearly showed that we -the guests were a nuisance to her. We were then told that we could take our clothes to the "coin washing machines" at the mall next door to do the laundry ourselves! How ridiculously rude and outrageous! ||||The last straw was upon checking out. Another male receptionist on duty at the time would have overcharged us if we had not kept track of the calculations and pointed it out.||||Then came the taxi we had requested the hotel to book for us to take us to the air port. A creaky, old vehicle that we had to cram into. The boot of the car was not enough to put our luggage in and even though we protested the cabbie took out a cable and "secured" our bags. As we had no time to get a new taxi we were forced to proceed like this all the way to the airport with the boot open, bags held in place by a single cable which made a lot of racket along the way. ||||Will definitely not recommend this place, nor...

Very Poor WIFI and even poorer Customer Service!! Booked a room with Queen size bed. Got one in Level 6, but it has NO WIFI SIGNAL AT ALL. First, they tell me that manager just informed them that TM has problem - whole hotel cannot online. Then one technician showed up and say that some places have connectivity. Then they asked me to change to another room, with ONE BAR of WIFI SIGNAL, with 2 twin beds, instead of one queen bed. I am not satisfied at all and ask for check out immediately. No Refund. Totally unacceptable way of handling customer's dissatisfaction. The receptionist Mr. Iswaran is unwelcoming and puts up sour face all the time when facing customer. Worst hotel ever I stay. I booked for 4 nights but the next day I already check out. Even I knew the balance of 3 Night is not refunded. 5.30am ppl keep calling my room phone but not answering. 3 times I received same day between 5am to 5.30am. My husband went down to get something the receptionist can ask him, are you staying alone or with someone. What type of question is that. Hygiene wise..bedbugs n toilet bowl yellowish my goodness. I don't under how come Agoda can expect there booking. Shameful for Agoda..if didn't find out how bad is hotel has been maintained..One night maybe no choice can stay..if couple nightmare.
