OYO 89407 Ezi Hotel — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

We booked two window rooms. We were given two rooms on the second floor. My parents stayed in one. My sister and I stayed in the other one. The rooms were basic and a little rundown. The first room my sister and I got was in pretty bad condition. The air-conditioning was not working, and it was also leaking water that strategically drips on the bed. I informed the front desk lady of the situation and when she verified that this was the problem, she apologized profusely and led us to the first floor where another window room is supposed to be available. When we reached the room, she found out that it wasn't cleaned yet, so she asked us to wait in an adjacent room. I told her it's fine, I'll go to my parents room, and again she apologized profusely for the inconvenience caused. ||||Later, we were informed our rooms were ready and was led to the room. Our second room was a little larger than our first room and our parents' room. It was better decorated and the air-conditioning unit was working great! It was still a little rundown with peeling paint and broken/moldy tiles but it was better. The room was quite clean, so that's good.||||The location was good. It was just a short walk across the road to a GM Mall/Complex/Plaza where food and groceries are abundant.||||Honestly, it was a typical budget room - no mini-fridge, no electric kettle, no cable tv, no view. However, the polite and friendly front desk lady made the experience of staying here much better...

It was very poor both for hospitality and services. I checked in for 2 nights at this hotel. When i check in, there is no towel, toilet paper, limited toiletries, no kettle at all. The room and toilet was dirty. The toilet pump also not working properly. Water running too slow for shower. I was given different room when i checked in. I paid for standard suite but they given me deluxe room. When i ask the receptionist to change my room, he said that all the rooms is the same. Then why there is different charge for different room?i was not given another room, and on my second day, i saw a pile of comforter and bedsheets lying around the floor outside the room and the staircase which is really unsanitary. Never ever again i will stay...

We booked Ezi Hotel since it's very close to GM Klang & AEON for shopping. They don't provide Breakfast, but there are a lot of places nearby to this Hotel that serves breakfast from 8:30am. The room is very small (so do not bring a lot of bags). The room that we received smells very bad, it smelled like cigarette we need to buy air freshener. The shower is very small and everything gets wet when you have a shower (the bathroom needs some maintenance) They have free WiFi.
