Location is within walking distance to Setapak Sentral Mall and eateries nearby. Family Room with windows and 2 king size beds is spacious. Only bottled water provided in-room. However, hot water is available on each floor on self service basis. Only snag is you need to bring along your own mugs if you want to make your own beverage hot drinks. Bathroom amenities limited to soaps and liquid shampoo (with paraben ingredients unfortunately). Room lightly furnished with basic stool and table suitable for only a person with laptop to do some serious work. Toilet bowl not well sanitized as there were two baby cockroaches crawlling out. A big no no. Parking is NOT complimentary and can be challenging during office hours. If you are driving branded cars parking overnight or a single unaccompanied person may pose a challenge in terms of safety as the vicinity is quite deserted and...

This hotel used to be good with friendly staffs before 3 years. but now hotel management needs to teach counter staffs what customer service is and how to properly treat the guests. We are treated very unprofessionally. When i checked in the room, window lock was broken and they are given lame excuses not to fix it. Said nobody will come in from window cos nobody knows the lock is broken and all sort of nonsense. And other thing is they refused to give an extra access card to my room. And said if the second person wants access to the room, he have to come down to the reception and request them to open the door. And also refused to give an extra pillow to my daughter. I would say that the quality of service has gone down drastically over the past few years. I wouldn't come to this hotel next time. Im sure i can get much better service from other...

The room was quite spacious and clean, fit my family of 5 comfortably. No kettle or fridge provided. Iron and water dispenser are available in the corridor. Towels provided but no toiletries. Shower takes a while to heat up.

Check in and out was smooth. They require RM50 cash deposit, which will be refunded to you upon checkout. Late checkout is allowed with a small fee which will be deducted from your deposit.

Location is pretty good with lots of food options nearby. Plenty of parking space...
