Fast Hotel Setapak Near Tunku Abdul Rahman UMT KL — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked a room for three people, but upon entering, the room was even smaller than I had imagined. The bathroom didn't even have a place to hang clothes, making it very inconvenient to take a shower, and the bathroom itself was extremely tiny. The room wasn't equipped with toiletries (shampoo and body wash), only a few cheap bars of soap. Additionally, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, with the sewer constantly emitting a foul smell! There were very few power outlets in the room, and they were placed in odd locations, making it extremely inconvenient to charge electronic devices. During check-in, the staff handed us the towels, which we had to take to the room ourselves, and at check-out, we had to return the towels ourselves before we could check out. Aren't hotels usually supposed to have the towels already placed...

Not recommended for family stay . the room was quiet small and the room had a bad smells🤦🏻‍♀️ And then some insect are living in the room too😒🙄 Bathroom also smells bad and not clean . The front desk are so rude. Off course the price is affordable but pls it’s terrible even i geli nk masuk tandas mandi. Aircond not clean . And somemore no lift we struggle to carry our luggage to level 4🤦🏻‍♀️ the staff not even help. in the night cannot sleep bcos the rooms are facing main road 🤦🏻‍♀️😇 I know its bajet hotel but pls lah bajet hotel also people pay for tht so pls improve...

VERY BAD. My friend fell asleep in the room and I can’t get in and they told me to wait until checkout time which is 12pm and then when I come again at 12pm they said they can only open the door at 2pm because of the deposit? Fyi yes I already ask for the spare key they said they can’t give me the keys and then When I want to check in to another room which is single one they told me that “we don’t have single room” ?? Why would you put it in the list then? I literally have to wait until 2pm to check in!. Very bad that I can’t even give this...
