Food: Craving set & Chicken varuvel. About food, it serve fast. Taste for chicken varuvel is okay but not meet my expectation. [Cuz expectation a bit too high] Everything is fine, until after I consume 2 pieces of chicken varuvel an unexpected guest come a fly.
In my attempt to address the situation, a slightly dramatic scene unfolded. The fly remained stubbornly perched on the chicken even after my attempts to shoo it away. Eventually, I had to remove the contaminated piece of chicken and inadvertently dropped it into the Chicken Varuvel sauce oil, where the fly continued to struggle.
I promptly notified the waiter about the issue, and by the time they arrived, the fly had unfortunately met its demise in the sauce oil. I explained the situation to the waiter, who involved the manager. The manager initially suggested that the foreign object might have been a herb, but upon my insistence, she acknowledged the presence of the fly and offered a replacement dish.
At that moment, I chose not to have a replacement dish, as I had lost my appetite for the Chicken Varuvel. The manager's concern for food safety and her willingness to address the issue were appreciated. However, I decided against accepting a replacement, unsure if the issue would recur.
At the end of my dinner, there is no new chicken varuvel is serving. My thought is although I dont want to consume but I facing this problem & you provide a solution so you need to do it. If unable to solve it please don't give a solutions and do not implement as it will cause a bad reputation.

How can u ran out of veggies at 1pm but still accepting walk in customers and letting them to order then ask them to patiently waited for the veggies to be prepared but ended up ur customer fed themselves with only white rice, curries, papadom, and have to choose other dish to accompany the rice we already ordered? Until the rice finished still the veggies that we've been told to wait for still not serve. Still BEING prepared. Apooo??? Many tables left the food on the table and another still finished their rice with curries and other a la carte item and i believe they paid for the full charges cause when its my turn to pay, i refused to pay in full then the staff had to call for the manager and then the manager ask me "aaa mcm mana ye...." and repeat the same story we're told earlier. I said i dont care. It wasnt our fault. Should we've been told the actual situation that they will never be able to provide the veggies on time we wouldn't even enter the restaurant ya! The manager still being hesitated to quote me a reasonable price so instead he charged me for 2 craving sets instead of total bill rm68±. Still, the amount was ridiculous! We basically had white rice (no refilled nor finish also) +curry+papadom+ 1small plate of ayam berempah with drinks.
For this amount we paid, we couldve get EACH of us piece of chicken+rice+gravy+drink elsewhere!

At first, choosing a table was fine, but then one of the staff rudely told my mom to move my baby brother’s stroller further away from us. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind at all if she had spoken politely, but her tone and facial expression were beyond rude. I don’t know her name, but she had blonde hair.
We ended up moving to a table further inside. Then we decided what to order. When we called the staff to take our order, we got ignored. Second time we called, she told us to wait, but the same staff kept going to other tables, repeatedly serving them, while ignoring us. And the other staff? Same thing. She was taking orders, serving food for others, but somehow couldn’t bother to take ours? And the face always that nasty, annoyed look. Third time we called? Ignored again.
We decided, fine, let’s wait 5 minutes more. If nobody comes, we’ll leave. Suddenly, the blonde girl came and told us the rice would take 35 minutes. Oh man, that was the last straw. The way she said it.. rude tone, nasty face again. unbelievable. Excuse me? I’m your customer. We came here to EAT, not to get treated like trash. We PAY for food, not begging for it.
So yeah, after that we just left.
