TLDR; Dirty. Expensive. Zero amenities.
Not worth it. If you must visit, remember to bring own toiletries.
Good: Private own villa estate, great seclusion.
Bad: Unfortunately, we could not recommend the experience to anyone at all in the state we received our tenure. (Kitchen) floor is odious, food and oily shoe stains from previous tenure everywhere. Kitchen fridge is broken, moldy, rancid, and possibly fatal. Kitchenware is dirty and disgusting. (Housekeep) keep expectations low. There's a leather underwear + RM30 cash in our room drawer. Dust, food stains and ants hidden under rug / common area rack. (Zero) amenities. While charged as steep or higher than 5-star hotels, zero amenities provided. Other than 1 towel per headcount (no extra), and 1 toilet roll per room, absolutely nothing else is provided. (Breakfast) portion is a scam. English "breakfast" is half portion red bean, 1/3 portion bread, 1 hotdog, and omelette. Black coffee tastes like two packets of 2-in-1 shared with 20 pax. Top up or ala-carte ranges from RM12-25. (Pool) while private pool is cool, edges (eg stairs) are sharp concrete corners. Expect bruise from small bump underwater. (Management) front desk is accessible, but short staffed. Waited over 30 minutes to checkout.

Read moreThis place is really worth the price. You drive in to a small alley not knowing what to expect and then you're suddenly transported into a little village that they built.
Pros staff are polite and kind free parking adorable and friendly cats on site rooms have everything: hair dryer, fridge, frying pan, iron , hair dryer free water refill free breakfast walking distance to the beach small pool on site
Cons a little far from everything else in langkawi. You'll need a car to get around the price here is very cheap so don't expect a 5 star facilities. Rooms are not super clean and there we found a small cockroach . Buuuutt again, the room was super cheap and they really went above and beyond with the service so we didn't mind walls are pretty thin so if you have a loud neighbour, than might be an issue when we stayed, there was renovation going on in the day time which could get a...
Read moreVery nice stay. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but looked nice. We were told the Air con was broken in our room for our first night so they kindly put us up in the private villa! It had its own private pool and no one else there.
Breakfast was included but it was very average… not sure if this is related to the cafe being refurbished during our stay (sad we didn’t get to go there for food).
The second night we moved into a cottage, top floor. We had a balcony and a lovely room. Water pressure was quite low but that’s normal on...
