Happy Villa Vacation Home — Hotel in Negeri Sembilan

My family and I stayed at this homestay last weekend and I must say that we were all very disappointed with the house. Bathrooms were not cleaned, toilet bowls had dirty stain. The water dispenser was dirty. I have a 7 month old baby and I did not realise the water was dirty and made milk for him. Luckily he was fine. The owner never serviced the water dispenser. Some of the water heater were not working. Sinks were filthy. We paid freaking RM 800 and the service was bad. Owner asked for review and when I told all these, there was completely no response. Booked on 9&10 April 2023. Dissapointed with house cleaniness. Bathroom was very dirty in all rooms with stains everywhere including mirror. There were cockroaches running around in rooms. By the time we checked out most of my family members had allergic reaction due to dust in house, especially elders and kids. House was big and spacious with strategic location.
