PD Sea Front Hotel — Hotel in Negeri Sembilan

Hi everyone, good day to all, I have been to many hotel's but this hotel is the worst hotel I have never seen... service not good, rooms not clean bathroom worst... everything we accepted because last minute booking so didn't get a hotel but I can't accept only one thing.. just because the day we check in we complain about room and the dressing table chair, I can't accept what happened there... on 23/4/23 we check in time there was a indian girl in reception, so we complain to her about the room then night before we go out the dressing table chair had prblm so we brought the chair and came down to reception and complained time there was a guy in reception counter, they said his name Steven... we complained then we went out n came prblm solve.. Next day on 24/4/23 we want to check out time key missing... all our properties are safe, only key missing, when we ask they said don't knw... nvr gv a proper answer.. ask to check cctv they said can't... so they have take revenge... they guy has come in our room middle of the night after we sleep and take the key.. pls pls such a cheap hotel I haven't see.... pls don't go there... the Indian reception girl answered as don't knw only. ... when we ask how can all our things are safe only key missing, is the guy took it? The Indian girl reception answer is not confident... she nvr say no that all won't happen in our hotel or argue.. she nvr do anything, she just said so simple don't knw and smiled one kind.. regret this vacation... no safety at all... just to not return the deposit they played a game well... dont believe this hotel and go with family.. They are rude also.. I wont also gv 1 star for this hotel but if nvr hotel1 star also cnt...

Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Although no electric kettle in the room, the staff (in particular Chander) kindly advised me that hot water is readily available on the Ground floor and also gave me cups to make tea whenever I want. The staff also provided helpful information on local bus transportation (Pink buses) to travel by bus within PD or between PD and Seremban. Most other places of interest in PD are readily accessible by Grab taxis. Very good location. I had booked a room with sea view and this was provided and getting up in the morning to a view of the palm trees and the sea was refreshing to the eye. The only downside is that the room maintenance could be improved by attending to any maintenance issues or renovation. Some very tiny ants were visible in certain areas-hence a slightly lower score on that point, bearing in mind that this is a 2 star hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay at this hotel. Budget hotel worth its price. Very friendly receptionist. Relatively old but decently clean with basic facilities: hot shower, shower gel and soap, towels, coffee cup with no provision of coffee or tea, a cupboard with a few hangers, an old 12" tv. Free Wifi but was practically unusable as connection was incredibly bad. Quiet place with plenty of parking lots. Sunset sea view is great but you can't walk on the beach directly opposite the hotel as it is a busy motorway and access to the beach is prevented by barricades. There's a steam boat restaurant next to the hotel, and roadside Muslim food stalls a short distance away. There's a pub at the end of the hotel block. For great Chinese food you can drive 1.5km toward Lukut town area to pick your choice - cheap food court food or seafood...
