This is honestly the worst and filthiest hotel I've ever been to. When I checked into my room, there were iron burn marks on the carpet, spider webs, and dirt stains in the bathroom (of what I could see). I asked reception and they moved me to another room, not much better. Also the same iron burn marks, and not to mention the bathroom, the container where the coffee, tea, etc. was in was dirty and had ants or some other insects crawling in it.Also, it advertises a restaurant, however, the lady at check in had to call and advised the restaurant is not open. As a female solo traveler I specifically looked for accommodation with restaurant and/or room service facilities so that I won't have to venture out at night on my own. They also don't have any sockets for a normal 2-point plug, and when I enquired about it the response simply was that they don't have it. Now having come to Port Dickson from KL, how was I to know that the plugs aren't the same? But the pure lack of assistance and don't care attitude was unacceptable.As the room was on the 4th floor, the swimming pool is right above and the noise coming from there, the splashing of water and vibrations were just the final straw. I ended up finding alternative accommodation because there was no way I was even going to use the shower due to the filth, again, the lady at the reception desk had a no care attitude not addressing any concerns. Unfortunately I am not able to upload the video to show how EASY it was to clean parts of the bathroom nor of the bowl with crawling ants.Stay away!I'm flabbergasted at how they get the high...

This is totally unacceptable .We had to call the reception to change it, housekeeping came and changed it, but please give an order to the staff, educate them how to be presentable as the body odor of the Myanmar staff is really bad.In End up we asked him to leave, already a bad smell in the room plus the housekeeping we can't take this anymore.Management should consider taking care more, be attentive not just profit.
