Iris House Hotel offers a satisfactory stay with several standout features that shaped my experience:
Pros: Rooms are impeccably clean and tidy. The abundance of plug points is convenient for guests. Spacious balconies provide captivating views. The availability of an elevator facilitates room access. Ample parking spaces ensure convenience for guests with vehicles. The presence of various dining outlets nearby offers diverse culinary choices. Strong water pressure and functional hot showers enhance bathing comfort. The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to assist.
Areas for Improvement: The bathroom glass needs attention and cleaning due to mold spots. The limited toiletries available; providing a dental kit could enhance guest comfort. The TV channel selection is somewhat limited and could be updated to cater to guest entertainment preferences.
Special Recognition: I'd like to express my gratitude to the Iris House Hotel team for their assistance during a minor accident I experienced outside the hotel. The provision of handyplasts for first-aid treatment underscores the hotel's commitment to guest well-being.
Overall, Iris House Hotel is a commendable choice for accommodation in the area, with some areas that could benefit from refinement to elevate the...

The very thin curtains helps little in shielding from outside light or dampening of outside noises. This hotel is located beside a busy road. Wifi is available but unable to connect.
The toilet has water ponding problem & the floor area behind the toilet seat is not clean properly. Towels are thin & worn.
Each room is allocated with 2 bottles of mineral water. You know the usual small size bottle....it's smaller.

So, just at the turn up the ramp when you're coming out from the behind car park, you'll need to take heed on the tight left hand turn, further aggravated by cars parked inconsiderately along this road in front of the hotel. It is the hotel's fault for allowing cars to park on this tight road.
It's a shame this hotel is not...
